Fishers-based Rebar Development plans to build the three-story structure, which will include 26 Class-A loft apartments, plus first-floor office space and a restaurant. $17.3 Million Mixed-use Investment Coming to Downtown Lafayette

Officials from the City of Lafayette and Rebar Development announced a new $17.7 million mixed-use project slated for downtown on May 26, 2020. The planned project, called The Ellsworth, meets several of the City’s goals identified in their downtown plan, brings economic investment to an opportunity zone, and was awarded a redevelopment tax credit from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

Hotel and Conference Center Planned for New Speedway Development

Town of Speedway officials, together with project partners Rebar Development and Hageman Group, announced tenants for the new Founders Square development, including plans for a hotel with a 9,000 square foot conference center.
