$6 Million Mixed-use Investment Coming to Downtown YORKTOWN

The Town of Yorktown’s Town Council paved the way for a $6 million commercial investment along the new Civic Green by approving an economic development agreement with Rebar Development at a Council meeting on September 21. The Oliver project meets several of the goals outlined in Yorktown’s Downtown Redevelopment Plan by bringing high-quality, multi-generational places for residents and visitors to live, do business, and be entertained.

Noblesville downtown project adds historic flourishes, woos restaurant as tenant

Developers of a large residential and commercial development south of the Noblesville Courthouse Square have submitted architectural tweaks they say will better reflect the historic character of the city.

Fishers-based Rebar Development told the Plan Commission it had reduced the number of parking spaces in an attached garage from 337 to 308 and is close to agreement with a restaurant to open on the first floor of the Levinson.
