1300 Block Coming to Speedway, Indiana!

Rebar Development has broke ground on 1300 Block in the heart of Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. The $6.5 million mixed-use development will bring penthouse condos, apartments, retail and restaurant space, and a public plaza to the corridor.

The condos—perched on the top floors of the development—offer modern penthouse living in the heart of one of Indianapolis’ greatest entertainment districts.  Plans include four two-bedroom condos with large, private roof-top patios, contemporary kitchens and furnishings on the third floor and two one-bedroom condos and eight one-bedroom apartments on the second floor.

On the first floor, Le Peep will occupy 3,100 sq. ft. of restaurant space on the first floor with outdoor seating on Main Street and Vine & Table will occupy 4,000 square feet. An additional 1,500 sq. ft. retail suite is still available for lease.

The Town of Speedway’s redevelopment efforts have transformed Main Street into a thriving district with unique restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options—all within a few blocks of Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  

Construction is expected to be complete in the spring of 2022.
