Another project is coming to the popular Founders Square development in Speedway near I-465 and Crawfordsville Road. Project partners and Town officials announced a new senior housing facility planned to be completed in the fall of 2022. Awarded tax credits through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, the development will bring high-quality, affordable housing to adults 55 and over.

Rebar Development announced today that is it proposing to redevelop the 1300 block of Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. The proposed $8 million mixed-use development would bring condos, office studios, retail store fronts, and rooftop amenities to Main Street. Rebar Development partnered with Hageman Group to acquire two key parcels along Main Street and seeks to work with the Town of Speedway to redevelop the block.
SPEEDWAY — A big project is proposed for one of the few remaining spots on Main Street in Speedway that has not been redeveloped. Rebar Development of Fishers hopes to construct a pair of buildings on the west side of Main Street in the 1300 block.
Each building would contain retail and office space on two floors and condos on the third floor. If the project wins town approval, work could begin later this year with completion in 2020.
SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) — Main Street in Speedway could be getting a new look soon. Fishers-based Rebar Development announced Tuesday that it wants to build an $8 million mixed-use building. It would go in the 1300 block of Main across from Harding Racing.
The project includes two three-story, brick buildings with office and retail space plus condos and a rooftop deck. If approved, construction could start as early as this spring.
