Shelby focuses on pursuing new development opportunities, analyzing project feasibility, deal structuring, financing, and working closely with mayors, town managers, councils, redevelopment commissions, land owners, and financial partners throughout the development process. Shelby also works with our construction partners to deliver Rebar projects.

Liz currently manages all of Rebar’s contracts, insurance, human resources, and external legal services. Liz is also responsible for Rebar’s corporate accounting, construction draws, and management of financing covenants and corporate taxes. Her unique experience as a lawyer and finance professional is invaluable to our team and partners.

Justin manages all Rebar assets during construction, lease-up, warranty, and disposition. He combines construction acumen with an acute attention to detail to help our project partners deliver high-quality, high-value assets. As Rebar’s executive in charge of owner’s representation and asset management, Justin works closely with our general contractors, property managers, and Rebar’s Director of Facilities & Maintenance.

Lauren assists in the planning and development of Rebar projects, with both public and private partners. She has extensive experience in the organization of community planning policy, and previously worked to create vision-forward planning documents for cities and towns around Indiana. Lauren works closely with Rebar’s public-private partners to ensure successful, transformational developments.
